You always put safety first.
In this role, you need to be market- and business-oriented to further develop the aggregates business within our organization. Our goal is to create robust profitability, so it is essential that you are motivated to achieve good results.
Part of something biggerSvevia's industrial division is in an expansive phase, and the ambitions are high. The goal is to be a leading player in paving in Sweden.
Behind every road, there is more than the obvious surface: a whole industry of knowledge and delivery capability. Our offering is an industrial process. From stone to finished road.
Everything starts with a quarry, which then becomes aggregates, which in turn is used in the production of asphalt, which is finally laid on the road. With over 100 own quarries, in-house production of asphalt, bitumen emulsion, and thermoplastics, we have a breadth that no one else has. In our laboratories, we conduct material analyses and ensure that the products meet standards and requirements. And our skilled teams in milling, paving, tank coating, and road marking ensure that the delivery is complete.
Application and informationYou can easily apply by sending in your CV and answering a few screening questions. Our recruitment process is based on a competency-based approach, which is a prerequisite for recruiting quality, inclusively, and without bias. Therefore, we do not want a cover letter.
The position is full-time, and you will be based in one of Svevia's many locations, such as Stockholm, Umeå, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Malmö. The role includes travel between our locations and workplaces.
Submit your application as soon as possible and no later than February 8. Final selection will be made after the application deadline.
The recruitment process will consist of a digital interview, logic and personality testing, as well as physical interviews. The final candidate will undergo reference checks and background verification.
If you have questions about the position or the recruitment process, please feel free to contact Recruitment Manager Daniel Nilsson ([email protected]).
